2017 Christmas Projects

Hi everyone, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and a very Happy New Year. It's the beginning of the new year and it's time for me to do a little catch up with posting some of my Christmas projects for this past Christmas. Although I didn't take pictures of everything I made, ( bad me...:-( ) I did take pictures of some of them, and here they are.

First off, here are a sample of some of the Christmas cards that I made throughout the year for family, friends and coworkers. I gave out most of my favorites before I took pictures of them, ( again, bad me) but here are a few that I really liked for you to enjoy.

When making my cards, I like to use a variety of different styles and techniques as you can see. These cards here are mostly made using stamping and embossing techniques, although I did make a lot that I colored with my Copics that I didn't take pictures of ....sigh!

Next up are a couple of projects that I worked on that where inspired by projects from One Very Happy Bird at Happy Birds Glitter Nest.

You can find Happy Bird's video tutorial for this pot holder project here.

You'll find Happy Bird's video tutorial for these snowmen here.

You will see that my projects may be a little different from hers both from not having the same exact supplies as she had, and time constraints, but I'm still happy with the results. I love her projects, they are so much fun, and most of the supplies used can be found at your local dollar store to make them. So go check out her youtube channel for lots of inspiring ideas.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out some of my Christmas projects for 2017, and I hope you all have a wonderful new year to come.
